The things we like about the unit:
1) The middle drawer is a great idea. We use that to organize veggies since we eat a lot and the single veggie drawer of other refrigerators is too small.
2) The large freezer compartment has slide out drawers to help keep items sorted.
3) Very quiet.
Some weaknesses we dont like:
1) The unit does not have flush hinges so it actually needs more width then stated. Make sure you include the extra space needed for opened doors.
2) There is a bar with speciality shelving that is useless. For example, there is a something that can hold one (!) water bottle. This thing cuts into the usable space of the refrigerator. We just leave it out but this probably added to the cost of the unit.
3) You cannot set the temperature of the middle drawer. It only has predefined settings for meat, veggie, fruit, etc. It would be better if we can set temperature and humidity.
4) There is a water dispenser inside the refrigerator that is not very useful. It drips after use and is too low for a water bottle.
But overall, it is a good unit.

Spent a lot of time researching refrigerators after my last fridge died. Kept coming back to the 800 series. Dual compressors and build quality stands out vs competitors.I wish Bosch made a standard depth fridges for large families. Look forward to our new Bosch during the holidays.

So far - so good. Our new Bosch refrigerator was just installed in September 2026. The refrigerator was simple to install and very easy to get it started and set up. The product came with no issues whatsoever. It runs extremely quiet and looks amazing.

We have used this fridge for about 3 months. We didn't expect it to be different from our prior refrigerators, but we have ended up really enjoying having the three separate drawers and use the middle one often for produce and treats. The drawers are smooth and easy to operate. We also like the recessed door handles so the stainless steel fronts are always free of figerprints and food . We would but this model again.

Center drawer in refrigerator section doesn't open freely, and flexes when try to open. Concern it won't last. Also, the water dispenser is very noisy and the water filter only lasted 1.5 months before the refrigerator alarm noted it neededd replacement. Also, the ethylene packet for the vita fresh drawer was expired when received in new refrigerator.

I really love my Bosch 800 Series French Door Refrigerator. It's one of those appliances that you don't fully appreciate until you've lived with it-and then you wonder how you ever managed without it.
For our family, the size and layout are perfect. There's plenty of room for fresh produce, leftovers, drinks, and all the food we go through during a busy week. The French-door design makes everything easy to see and reach, and I really like having the refrigerator space at eye level.
One of my favorite features is the interior water dispenser. I love that it's tucked inside the refrigerator, so I get the convenience of filtered water without having a dispenser taking up space or disrupting the clean look of the outside of the door. It's also nice having cold, filtered water readily available for the whole family.
And the large ice maker is a huge plus. We go through a lot of ice, especially during the summer, and having a generous supply right there in the freezer is incredibly convenient. I don't have to constantly worry about running out when we're filling water bottles, entertaining, or just going through our normal family routine.
But what really stands out to me is the refrigeration itself. The Bosch keeps our food noticeably fresher for longer. Fresh produce stays crisp, leftovers keep well, and I feel like we're throwing away less food. That matters to me-not only because food is expensive, but because I don't like wasting good food.
Overall, I love that the Bosch 800 combines the things that matter most to our family: lots of usable space, thoughtful features, plenty of ice, convenient filtered water, and excellent temperature control. It's beautiful, but more importantly, it genuinely performs well and makes our kitchen and our everyday life easier.

We are loving our new Bosch refrigerator! The quality is much better than the Kitchen Aid we replaced. We're getting used to the produce drawer (forget about what's in there sometimes). It is quiet and stylish! Also like how the stainless hides fingerprints better than our old one. Very happy with our purchase so far.

Yes it cost a bit more than the kitchaid it replaced, but even with 8 cubic feet less space than the kitchenaid we find the Bosch's superior layout more than adequate. Repair statistics show that the number one repair problem is the icemaker, especially if mounted in the upper box to service an external dispenser. This one is in the freezer compartment where it belongs. Bosch's innovative system of putting the cooling coils along the sides and back also solved another problem that plagued pet owners like us: hair constantly clogging the units with bottom coils, causing frequent outages and increased strain. Lastly Bosch has a great reputation with repair guys as being by far the refrigerator with the fewest service calls. On top of all that, it looks great!

Experience with customer service wasn't great. After 2 months the freezer turned off. Alarm was going off and my food was defrosted. Called customer service and she could have said to unplug the appliance. We then got it to start. Now I hear this happens.

I never thought I could like a fridge so much. I love its clean design and the fact that it doesn't have bulky water/ice dispenser in the door. The center drawer is awesome for produce and separating it from other food items. It's been a month and we are so far pleased with our purchase.

It looked good, but the refrigerator part failed within 5 weeks. Freezer still working. I took advantage of the excellent Costco return policy. I really hope the replacement will not break after 3 months. I used Bosch appliances for many years but lately they seem to be lacking in quality.

We upgrade from a GE Monogram and this is just way better. The doors always close, the ice is fast and great, and the split drawers for vegetables and cheese is awesome. Also, it looks sharp. We did this instead of built ins as the price reasonable, and we like the look.

I am absolutely delighted with my new Bosch 800 Series Refrigerator. The cooling of the refrigerator component is consistent, as is the freezer.
The ice maker is very consistent. Plenty of room for frozen foods, with two levels of storage.
The in-door water dispenser is very a plus. And the smooth design is most attractive.

Owning several homes throughout the years we have had many brands of refrigerators. Some were ok but absolutely the best we have ever owned is our new Bosch 800. From the produce drawer which preserves lettuce as crispy as the the day you buy it even after 8 days have past. The top compartment is roomy and well lite and has unique shelves for different types of products. Freezer is roomy and the absolute best ice maker on the market. We like the water refill option inside instead of on the outside. Our only regret is we wish we would of chosen the model that had the handles and not the the one without because of finger smudges. Even though it they are easily clean off.

We have went through two refrigerators in four years. The last one was a competitors french door that never worked correctly. Finally had to call a appliance repair to fix unit and the parts were not available. We have a Bosch dishwasher and have been very pleased with it so we bought a Bosch refrigerator and the quality is exceptional and so far is three times better than the Frigidaire junk we had.

Overall, I'm really happy with my 800 series fridge. The size is perfect and I really appreciate the middle drawer for housing my veggies and fruits. Everything continues to function well from the day we first we got it. The one catch though is the recessed door handles. They're a neat idea and I like the sleekness to them, however, the recessed handles are a magnet for dust and grim. Food particles can easily fall into the middle drawer handle and it's near impossible to clean them out. There is a touch screen in the middle drawer recess for selecting the enviroment for the drawer that creates a seam and this seam makes it near impossible to clean anything residual grim that gets in between. Despite this one caveat, this fridge is great and very reliable.

Our Bosch refrigerator counter size has been the best refrigerator we have ever purchased. The effectiveness of being able to control the temperature in all three areas is fantastic. Never once have we had issues with ice cubes and love the size that it makes the water dispenser is inside and works perfectly. The outside is a nice clean look and love the stainless steel.

Temperatures are consistent throughout the entire unit. Fast freeze and chill work as designed. Ice maker production is awesome. Drawer environment controls work as designed. Connectivity to network is seamless but there is one issue. Door return cams could be stronger to fully close the doors. This presents a problem because if the constant online notifications. A little extra time on the freezer alarm would also be an improvement. Relating to the freezer, the ice bin should ha e an inward kick to the upper edge of the bin to inhibit rogue ice cubes from inhabiting the freezer floor.

This counter depth refrigerator is excelently designed to maximize storage. The drawers, shelves and racks allow extra items to be stored. Instead of obtaining ice cubes and water externally, the refrigerator has all of this inside available inside the appliance. The inside is bright and well lit. There are drawer and compartment temperature settings and the device can be controlled via Wi-Fi.

We expected much better from a Bosch refrigerator at this price point. The door alarm goes off randomly in the middle of the night even though the doors are completely closed, constantly waking us up. Then, after only about 13/4 years of normal use, the ice maker stopped working. The repair cost is so high that we've been buying bags of ice twice a week instead. A premium appliance should last much longer and be far more reliable. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this refrigerator.

Love this refrigerator. The build is a step up from LG and Samsung while not be substantially more expensive, if at all. The dual compressors are a game changer. The only thing that keeps this from being perfect is the drawer in the main refrigerator is too large for the material it is made from. I get they want to make it lighter, but if feels cheap. What would be better is firmer materials or have two drawers side by side the width of the doors so you only have to open one. The other thing that I miss is having an automatic water pitcher. An automatic pitcher is better to fill large coffee reservoirs than holding the door open a long time. One could easily be located in the shelf behind the left side door with a trigger.

We upgraded our old refrigerator to the modern Bosch B36CL80ENS smart fridge, and it has been a truly great addition to our kitchen. Visually, it completely transforms the space with its beautiful, high-end design, and it runs so incredibly quiet that you'll forget it's even there.
- Extended Freshness: The cooling performance is outstanding. It keeps our food fresh noticeably longer than our previous fridge, which has already helped cut down on food waste.
- Well thought out Compartments: I absolutely love the layout of the interior. Having dedicated, separate compartments for daily staples versus fruits and vegetables makes organization effortless and keeps everything right where it needs to be.
What doesn't work well:
- Frustrating Wi-Fi Connectivity: For a "smart" fridge, the connectivity leaves a lot to be desired. I recently updated my home Wi-Fi settings, and trying to reconnect the fridge has been an absolute nightmare. The process is highly unintuitive and far from user-friendly.
- Fingerprint Prone: While the flush, handle-less design looks stunning and seamless in the showroom, it turns out to be a massive fingerprint magnet in daily life. In retrospect, opting for a model with dedicated handles might have been a better choice just to save myself from constant wiping.

I was a owner of a subzero refrigerator that I had for over 20 years. When it ran through its compressor, I decided upon buying this Bosch refrigerator as I had recently installed a Bosch dishwasher. I cant tell you how much my family likes this appliance. the design, the efficiency and the food preservation quality is excellent. the fresh fruits and vegetables last longer, stay fresher and the looks are admirable too. It is quiet and super efficient. I was contemplating many other brands but made the right decision in the end.

We really researched and debated before purchasing this refridgerator. We have had a Bosch dishwasher for years and it is the best. We couldn't be happier - with the quality, features and striking look. The dual compressors were a large factor. The stainless back in the fridge, adjustable shelves, and room in the doors make this easy to clean and load. I was skeptical that the VitaFresh drawer would actually keep my veggies fresh longer, but it does. We consume a lot of fresh vegetables and I was tired of reaching into the crisper and finding them way past prime in a few days. By storing them in the drawer and setting to veg, they are staying fresh way longer I was also worried about not having enough storage space since this is counter depth, but that hasn't been a problem. Without an ice maker taking up room in the fridge, there is more than enough room. Satisfied customer here.

It took me a couple of weeks to become accustomed to this refrigerator...stuff went into different places when compared to the refrigerator it replaced. Once I got past my habits, I fell in love with our new Bosch 800. I enjoy the three different storage areas in freezer. I love the ice maker. It exceeds our family's expectations! The ice is solid with no wetness on the cubes exterior, so the ice cubes remain as individual cubes and do not freeze together.
I love that I can select the temperature of the section independently of the freezer. I love I can select the temperature of each storage area.
The door storage areas are larger than any refrigerator door storage areas I have ever experienced. I enjoy the cold drinking water value being located inside the the main refrigerator.
The only negative aspect of this refrigerator is the pull-out container. It is flimsy. Because it is flimsy, it is difficult to pull out and push back into place. And, in order to pull it out, I am required to open both of the refrigerator's doors which causes the interior temperature to increase.
Overall, I rate this refrigerator 96.

Love this fridge! First time with a separate drawer for veggies/fruit (or you can use as a another freezer) and I love the convenience. The inside is bright and the freezer has three drawers in it for organization. I can control components from my phone on the app. The water dispenser is inside the fridge and the icemaker in the drawer, so no water on the floor and the outside of the fridge looks clean. Love this fridge!
